GPT-5 will have a lot more parameters than GPT-4, which is said to have about 1.5 trillion parameters. 

With the addition of video processing, GPT-5 will be able to process and generate text based on video material, making it more multimodal.

Now, the truly big deal with GPT-5 is how it's going to be a lot smarter at doing new things without getting facts wrong or making things up.
